Vinification:
Grapes are gently crushed and destemmed and macerated for about 6 hours. Soft pressing of whole cluster grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, where it remains to age for about 6 months before being bottled.- Description: MR X white presents itself in the goblet with a bright straw-colored robe. The sip is truly splendid, pulpy and taut at the same time, sprinkled with a truly refreshing vein of acidity and salt.
- Pairings: A wine for the whole meal, it goes well with shellfish, fried fish, light and delicate vegetable dishes, finger food. Perfect to pair with fusion/eastern cuisine.
