- Vinification: After keeping the grapes in cold storage for about 2 days, we proceed with soft pressing.

A sip that celebrates the characteristics of the territory, it plays on the freshness of Lambrusco, without neglecting a nice savory note that enhances the persistence.
A perfect wine for aperitifs or throughout a meal, it goes well with cured meats, fried fish, light and delicate vegetable dishes, and finger food. - Alchol content: 11% VOL.
