MR X BIANCO DELL’EMILIA IGP

  • Appellation: Still White Wine
  • Grapevine: 100% Spergola
  • Municipality of production: Borzano di Albinea, RE (200 m above sea level)
  • Harvest: Grapes selected and hand-picked in the second half of August


  • Vinification:

    Grapes are gently crushed and destemmed and macerated for about 6 hours. Soft pressing of whole cluster grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, where it remains to age for about 6 months before being bottled.
  • Description: MR X white presents itself in the goblet with a bright straw-colored robe. The sip is truly splendid, pulpy and taut at the same time, sprinkled with a truly refreshing vein of acidity and salt.
  • Pairings: A wine for the whole meal, it goes well with shellfish, fried fish, light and delicate vegetable dishes, finger food. Perfect to pair with fusion/eastern cuisine.
  • Alcohol content: 11.5% vol.

MR X ROSÉ

MR X ROSÉ FROM EMILIA IGP

  • Appellation: Still Rosé Wine
  • Grape variety: 100% Lambrusco Salamino | Loc. Molino di Gazzata, San Martino in Rio RE
  • Vinification: Grapes selected and hand-picked in the second half of September/first decade of October.
  • Aging: Grapes are gently crushed and destemmed and macerated for about 6 hours. Soft pressing of whole cluster grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, where it remains to age for about 6 months before being bottled.
  • Alcohol content: 11.5% vol.
  • Description: An all-meal wine, it goes well with shellfish, fried fish, light and delicate vegetable dishes, finger food. Perfect to pair with fusion/eastern cuisine.
  • Serving temperature: 10° – 12° C

Robin

ROBIN

  • Denomination: Brut Nature Sparkling Rosè |Ancestral Method
  • Grape variety: 100% Lambrusco Salamino | Loc. Molino di Gazzata, San Martino in Rio RE
  • Vinification:Grapes are selected and picked by hand at the beginning of
    September.
  • Aging:Soft pressing of whole bunch grapes. Spontaneus fermentation in
    steel, maturation on the fine lees for 6-7 months According to
    ancestral method refermentation takes place in the bottle with the
    sole addition of must from the same grapes and its indigenous
    yeast. After 12 months lees ageing Robin does not undergo the
    disgorgement process that can be done manually before serving.
    The structure of this incredible sparkling wine is supported by the
    continuous dialogue between the wine and its sediments.
  • Alcohol content: 12% VOL.
  • Description: Onion skin pink, bright with a thin perlage. Elegant and intense aroma with notes of pomegranate, small red fruits together with
    citrus hints of grapefruit. Fruity, lively, mineral and fresh it is very
    fragrant with a penetrating and pleasant acidity, accompanied by a
    sapidity that enhances its persistence. A tribute to Lambrusco Salamino, Robin is a bubbly of rare complexity, extremely versatile. An excellent aperitif, it goes wonderfully with cold cuts, pizza, fried fish, pasta with meat or vegetable sauces.

Lusvardi Brut

LUSVARDI BRUT

  • Denomination: Lambrusco dell’Emilia IGP
  • Grape variety: 100% Lambrusco (Salamino, Grasparossa)
  • Vinification: De-stemming and crushing of the grapes followed by 12 days of cold soak maceration; ranking and soft pressing of the skins
  • Second vinification: Fermentation directly by the grape must in stainless steel pressure tanks (at 15 °C)
  • Alchol content: 11,5% VOL.
  • Description: Red ruby colour with purplish nuance, red fruits aroma, especially cherry, redcurrant, raspberry, with deep and fresh floreal flavourings. Pervasive and pleasant acidity accompained by a good intensity that exalts its persistence. Perfect as aperitif, ideal with cured pork meats. It is also indicate with quite fat food

NSD “Never Stop Dreaming”

  • Denomination: Quality Sparkling Wine
  • Grape variety: 100% Lambrusco (Salamino, Grasparossa)
  • Time of Harvest: Grapes selected and hand-picked in the first week of September.
  • Vinification: Soft pressing of whole cluster grapes. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Maturation on fine lees for 6-7 months with periodic battonages. Refermentation takes place as per the rules for the production of Metodo Classico, that is, in the bottle. Disgorgement after 12 or 24 months, unmetered.
  • Alcohol content: 12.5% VOL.
  • Description: Onion skin pink, bright and enlivened by fine perlage. Elegant and intense aroma with notes of pomegranate, small red fruits along with citrusy hints of orange peel. The palate is very fine, fresh and fragrant with a penetrating and pleasant acidity, accompanied by a savoriness that enhances its persistence. A bottle of great flexibility, it is excellent at aperitif time and perfect with light, delicate fish or white meat dishes.

  • Second vinification: Fermentation directly by the grape must in stainless steel pressure tanks (at 15 °C)
  • Alchol content: 11,5% VOL.
  • Description: Brilliant crystal clear rose with a thin and persistent perlage wide intense perfume; notes of barries and green apple meld with hints of wisteria and dogrose. Absolutely perfect as aperitif, super with appetizers, fried fish and all king of shellfish, ideal also with pies and ligh vegetable dishes

Lusvardi Blanc

LUSVARDI BLANC

  • Grapevine: 100% Spergola
  • Vinification: Destemming-crushing, soft pressing of pomace. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Taking of froth by Italian Method.
  • Description: Straw yellow color, with fine and abundant perlage. With an elegant aroma, it presents hints of green apple, peach and citrus. The palate is very fine, with a penetrating and pleasant acidity, accompanied by a savoriness that enhances its persistence.
    An appealing aperitif, it goes well with shellfish or seafood. Also excellent with light and delicate fish or white meat dishes.

Senzafondo

SENZAFONDO

  • Denomination: Lambrusco dell’Emilia IGP
  • Grape variety: 100% Lambrusco (Salamino, Grasparossa)
  • Vinification: traditional fermentation in red, with a maceration at controlled temperature for 12-14 days with daily dèlestages.
  • Second vinification: short charmat method using as liquer de tirage grape must of the starting base (kept it cold from the harvest)
  • Alchol content: 11% VOL.
  • Description: hints of red fruits and cherrie, well accompained by floreal notes of violet fresh and lively with a medium body, pleasantly balanced perfect with cured meat and traditional cuisine, as well as risotto.
  • Temperature: 8 – 10°C
  • Sizes: 0,375l – 0,75l – 1,5l

Grato

GRATO

  • Denomination: Lambrusco dell’Emilia IGP
  • Grape variety: 100% Lambrusco (Salamino, Grasparossa)
  • Vinification: traditional fermentation in red, with a maceration at a controlled temperature of 26/28° C for 12-14 days with daily delestage. Follow the aging in steel on the lees for almost 7 months. Second vinification: Fermentation in the bottle using natural yeasts and, as liquer the tirage, the must of the same grapes of the base of start (that is kept at a cold temperature from the harvest). At the end of the fermentation- that lasts almost 30 days – the yeasts remain at the bottom of the bottle and partecipate actively to the maturation of the wine.
  • Aging: Re-fermentation in the bottle using natural yeasts and as liquer de tirage the must of the same grapes as the starting base. Al termine della fermentazione, i lieviti rimangono sul fondo e partecipano attivamente alla maturazione del vino
  • Alchol content: 11% VOL.
  • Description: Initially red ruby color. With the aging in the bottle appears garnets reflections. Hints of red fruit, especially cherries and ribes, spicy pepper flavour. With the aging, these aromas are complexed by crusty breads notes, that originate from yeasts that remain in the bottle. The fine perlage is accompained by a good acidity and a balanced tannins. Grato can be served limpid pouring it in a pitcher and keeping the yeasts on the bottom of the bottle or fickle shaking the bottle before opening it 6-8° C perfect with cured pork meat,, seafood main courses, risotti with mushrooms and vegetables. As maturation continues, these scents are complexed by the “bread crust” notes that originate from the yeasts that remain in the bottle. On the palate, the wine is fresh and dry. The fine perlage is accompanied by good acidity and a balanced tannic component. Ideal with cured meats and cold cuts, fish dishes and risottos
